Do I need a reservation?Our picnic tables are first come first serve; we do not take reservations. There is plenty of room to spread out and should be room for everyone to come and enjoy

Do you allow dogs?Unfortunately, no with the exception of service dogs, they are welcome any time. We are all dog lovers, but the wood chip ground cover can be hard on a dog’s feet plus it’s not easy to clean up at the end of the day like a cement patio would be.

Do you have special diet options?We offer gluten free buns and have vegetarian options on the menu. If you have any other specific diet questions, please email brugarden@keystonehospitality.ca

Can I get takeout?Absolutely, feel free to drop by, grab some delicious Bru Garden burgers & fries and take it to go.

Can I call ahead and place my order?We have online ordering available. We do not accept phone orders. If you have a large group order please email 24 hours + ahead to discuss options at brugarden@keystonehospitality.ca

How can I keep up with your hours?Follow @brugardenstratford on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on the Bru Garden’s operating hours throughout the spring, summer and into the fall.

Can I rent the Bru Garden for a private party?We do not take reservations for individual parties. We suggest the hosts arrive early and grab a couple tables together in the back. If you would like to ask about larger functions and running tabs for corporate gatherings, OR if you're interested in renting out the entire space for a larger private function, please email events@keystonehospitality.ca

What is the Friendlier Company and how does it work?The Friendlier Company is a Canadian start up taking on the issue of single use plastic by offering reusable plastic containers to restaurants and bars. When you get a Friendlier Company product with your order, download the Friendlier Company ap, scan the QR code on the container and dispose in the marked bins. You can claim your deposit via e-transfer. Visit their website to learn more about them and their program at https://www.friendlier.ca/.

Is there parking?We have a few spots available in our small parking lot. There is also street parking, a large free parking area over in the Cooper Lot, and we have installed two NEW bike racks at both entrances.
